We have decided to build 2 bathroom packages designed to simplify and relieve some of the stress that comes with designing and choosing products from what is an overwhelming amount of choice. Whether you are looking to upgrade an old bathroom or en-suite these packages are perfect for any home and come with plenty of style and quality which we back with our guarantee. The prices listed below include labour, building materials, electrics which will be certificated on completion, sanitaryware and a skip for the removal of all waste. The only thing excluded from the quotes are tiles or wall boards as the range is to large to price accordingly but all materials and labour to fit are included.

Package 1

Preperation

All flooring and surfaces are covered before work starts

We completely clear your existing bathroom products

We replace any wastes and services where needed

Wall and floor preparation where needed this includes tanking wet areas or using tile backer boards in wet areas

Any plastering where required

Choice of bath or shower

Choice of shower enclosure or single ended bath with glass screen

Choice of vanity unit

Choice of vanity unit which includes wall hung and floor standing either 500mm or 600mm wide in 3 different colours.

Choice of toilet

Choice of close coupled toilet

Choice of shower

Choice of exposed thermostatic shower

Mira sport max with airboost 9kw white for electric shower replacement (this is subject to a electrical inspection)

Choice of Bath tap and basin tap

Choice of tap from a range of different shapes and styles.

Towel Rail

Heated towel rail upto 1600mm high in either straight or curved

Led mirror

Illuminated custom mirror with hand motion sensor

Electrical work included

1x Hib cyclone extractor fan

replacement of spotlights or 1x led central light

power supply for led mirror

Flooring

We have chosen to included in each bathroom Kardeans Lvt flooring from the rigid collection. This comes in a number of colors and styles.

We have allocated tiling or wall boarding in each bathroom to cover the complete bath or shower area and a splash back the width of the vanity unit. Additional tiling can be added to each bathroom for an additional fee.

Decorating

We have allowed to decorate each bathroom to an all white finish using a dulux trade durable flatt matt suitable for bathrooms on the ceiling and walls and a dulux trade satinwood finish on the woodwork. Colour can be added for an additional fee.
